The author and practitioner

Written from inside the game.

Sebastian Ioan is a former football player, sports journalist, coach and lifelong student of performance under pressure. After retiring young from football, he spent more than 20 years studying why players lose themselves when fear, expectation, contact, score, crowd and failure enter the body.
